We'd love to assist you in choosing the perfect ice cream cake for your celebration!

Since all our ice cream cakes are freshly prepared, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for production.
However, we also have a selection of ready-made cakes available in-store for pick-up or delivery.

You can pick up your ice cream cake from our Camberwell store during business hours.

We also offer fast delivery across Melbourne, ensuring your cake arrives fresh and frozen for your event!

To keep your ice cream cake frozen while traveling:
🧊 With a cooler bag/esky + ice blocks: Up to 3 hours travel time.
🚗 Without a cooler bag: Approximately 25-30 minutes (keep in a cool, shaded place).
🌞 Avoid direct sunlight and use your car’s air conditioning if it’s warm outside.

For longer travel times, we highly recommend bringing an esky with ice blocks to maintain the perfect consistency.

Yes! We offer fast and reliable cake delivery across Melbourne. 🚚💨

We deliver six days a week at the following times:

• Weekdays: 1 PM – 5 PM
• Saturdays: 8 AM – 4 PM
• Sunday: No delivery available.

📲 You'll receive a text message when the driver is 30 minutes away.
Please ensure someone is available to receive the cake. If no one is home, the cake will be returned to our factory for next-day collection, and the delivery fee will not be refunded.

Delivery fees are based on postcode zones. 🚚

Once we start making your cake, we cannot offer refunds.
This is because each cake is made to individual requirements.
However, if you notify us at least 24 hours in advance, you can:

• Postpone your order
• Rearrange delivery for another day

If we haven’t started making your cake, we're happy to provide a refund.

Yes! 🎉 However, to ensure smooth delivery:
📞 We must contact the recipient to confirm someone will be available.
📍 If you want a true surprise, provide an alternative contact at the delivery address who can receive the cake.
⚠️ We cannot guarantee a completely anonymous delivery, as recipients may ask for sender details.

If no one is available, we may:
🏠 Leave the cake with a trusted person (e.g., neighbour, security, apartment manager).
❌ We will NOT leave the cake unattended.
If no one is available, it will be returned to our Camberwell store for next business day collection.

⏰ While we cannot guarantee exact times, we ensure your cake arrives before your event.Example:
🎉 Party at 2 PM? Your cake may arrive anytime between 8 AM – 2 PM.
📲 You’ll receive a 30-minute notice text before delivery.

📍 Correct address & contact details are essential for a successful delivery.

✅ Required Information:

• Full delivery address (including apartment/unit number, building name, or venue name).
• Receiver's mobile phone number (mandatory for coordination).
• Business or facility name if applicable (e.g., office complex, hospital, school, hotel, function centre).
• We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

🕒 Remove your cake from the freezer 5-10 minutes before serving.

5️⃣ Slice & serve (about 15-20 minutes in total).

🔪 Tip: If your cake is still too frozen, dip your knife in hot water before cutting.

📦 Cake Box Sizes:

• 1.3L & 2L cakes: 29cm x 29cm x 10cm
• Larger cakes & designer cakes: 39cm x 39cm x 10cm
• Some large cakes need up to 25cm depth.
